Delete Your Account
1. Who This Page Is For
This page explains how to delete your EPIHEN AI account and the data linked to it. It applies to the website at agent.epihen.com and to the Epihen apps for Android and iOS, which are provided by Epihen AI Limited. You do not need to have the app installed to request deletion.
2. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@epihen.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address your account is registered to. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the email of that Google or Apple account.
- We may reply with one question to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason.
3. What Is Deleted
- Your profile: email address, name, and sign-in data, including linked Google and Apple identifiers.
- All conversations, prompts, agent memory, and generated content.
- Files you uploaded and files the agent created for you.
- Connections to third-party services, together with their stored access tokens.
- Device sessions and push notification tokens.
4. What Is Kept and for How Long
- Account data may be kept for up to 30 days after deletion so the account can be restored if the request was made by mistake, and is then erased.
- Payment records (transaction identifiers, amounts, dates, billing country) are kept for up to 7 years, as required by financial regulations. They are not used for any other purpose.
- Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days for security and debugging, and are then erased.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting the account ends access to any paid plan. Cancel an active subscription before you request deletion so that no further charge is made. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Deleting Part of Your Data
You can delete individual conversations yourself inside the Service at any time, without deleting the account. To have other data removed while keeping the account, for example uploaded files or agent memory, write to support@epihen.com and describe what should be removed.

2. Как запросить удаление
- Напишите на support@epihen.com письмо с темой «Удалить аккаунт».
- Отправьте его с адреса, на который зарегистрирован аккаунт. Если вы входили через Google или Apple, используйте почту этого аккаунта Google или Apple.
- Мы можем задать один уточняющий вопрос, чтобы убедиться, что запрос пришёл от владельца аккаунта.
Мы обрабатываем запросы на удаление в течение 30 дней. Объяснять причину не нужно.
3. Что удаляется
- Профиль: адрес электронной почты, имя и данные для входа, включая привязанные идентификаторы Google и Apple.
- Все переписки, запросы, память агента и созданные материалы.
- Файлы, которые вы загрузили, и файлы, которые агент создал для вас.
- Подключения к сторонним сервисам вместе с сохранёнными токенами доступа.
- Сессии устройств и токены push-уведомлений.
4. Что сохраняется и на какой срок
- Данные аккаунта могут храниться до 30 дней после удаления, чтобы аккаунт можно было восстановить, если запрос был отправлен по ошибке, после чего стираются.
- Платёжные записи (идентификаторы операций, суммы, даты, страна плательщика) хранятся до 7 лет, как того требуют финансовые нормы. Для других целей они не используются.
- Технические журналы хранятся до 90 дней для безопасности и отладки, после чего стираются.
5. Подписки
Удаление аккаунта прекращает доступ к платному тарифу. Отмените действующую подписку до запроса на удаление, чтобы не было нового списания. Возвраты оформляются по Политике возвратов.
6. Удаление части данных
Отдельные переписки можно удалить самостоятельно внутри Сервиса в любой момент, не удаляя аккаунт. Чтобы удалить другие данные и сохранить аккаунт, например загруженные файлы или память агента, напишите на support@epihen.com и укажите, что нужно удалить.
